Using a third-party monitoring service allows us to pull your updated reports every 30 days without placing a "hard inquiry" on your profile, protecting your score while we work.

Will the negative items come back once they are deleted?

Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, if a negative item is deleted, the credit bureaus cannot place it back on your report unless the creditor provides new, verifiable proof that the debt is valid. If an item is ever re-inserted, the bureau must notify you in writing within five days, and we will immediately challenge the re-insertion.
