Welcome to Inspired Business Solutions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our financial education, credit auditing, and consulting services. By enrolling in our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Services
We provide financial education, document preparation, and credit profile analysis. Our current service offerings include:

We operate strictly as a consultant and document preparation service. We do not issue credit, nor do we provide legal or tax advice.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the effectiveness of our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal and financial information.

Maintain an active, third-party credit monitoring service for the duration of our agreement so we can track updates to your profile.

Forward any correspondence received from credit bureaus, creditors, or collection agencies to us within five (5) days of receipt.

Refrain from applying for new credit, incurring new major debt, or closing existing accounts during the restoration process without prior consultation.
3. Our 120-Day Satisfaction & Money-Back Guarantee
We believe that true financial well-being requires confidence and trust. We understand that your credit restoration is a vital stage of your larger wellness journey, and we want you to feel secure from the moment you take that first step with us.
That’s why we offer our industry-leading 120-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. We stand firmly behind the quality and effectiveness of our personalized credit restoration process. If we don’t provide results, you shouldn't pay.
What It Means
We guarantee that you will see measurable results in the first 120 days of your program. If Inspired Business Solutions is unable to successfully challenge and remove at least one (1) inaccurate, obsolete, misleading, or unverifiable negative item from any of your three major credit reports (Experian, TransUnion, or Equifax) within the first 120 days of active service, you are entitled to a full, 100% refund of all service fees paid during that period.

Eligibility Requirements & Client Responsibilities
To ensure the integrity of the process and maintain the validity of your 120-day guarantee, we require your active participation. This is a journey we take together. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following simple requirements:

Consecutive Service: Maintain active, paid enrollment in an Inspired Business Solutions program for at least 120 consecutive days.

Prompt Documentation: Provide us with current credit reports from all three bureaus and all relevant supporting documentation (including a signed Power of Attorney and current identification) within seven (7) business days of your enrollment.

Active Monitoring: Maintain active, consistent access to a third-party credit monitoring service of our recommendation throughout the first 120 days.

Forward Correspondence: Promptly upload or email us copies of all correspondence and updated credit reports received from the bureaus or creditors within five (5) days of receipt.

Maintain Good Credit Habits: Not create any new, legitimate negative items (e.g., late payments, collections, public records) on your credit reports during the guarantee period.

Full Cooperation: Promptly return any necessary documents and respond to requests from our analysts needed to process your case.
How to Request Your Refund
If, after 120 days of active service, you have not seen a successful deletion of an inaccurate negative item and you have met all client responsibilities, requesting your refund is simple.

Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the expiration of your 120-day guarantee period. Our team will review your account history, verification documents, and client responsibilities, and you will receive a decision and your refund confirmation within 10 business days of our receipt of your request.
What We Cannot Legally Guarantee
Consistent with standard practice and the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), Inspired Business Solutions does not and cannot guarantee:

Any specific credit score increase: Individual results vary based on hundreds of personal financial factors.

The removal of accurate and valid information: Our services target inaccurate, misleading, obsolete, and unverifiable data. Legitimate debts are legally allowed to be reported.

Approval for any specific loan or mortgage.
4. Payment Terms
Fees for our services are billed automatically on a month-to-month basis.

You agree to provide a valid payment method and authorize recurring charges for the duration of your enrollment.

Services are billed in arrears or concurrently with work performed, in compliance with federal regulations.

Failed payments may result in a temporary suspension of services until the account is brought current.
5. Right to Cancel (Notice of Cancellation)
You have the right to cancel your contract with us, without any penalty or obligation, within three (3) business days from the date you sign the agreement. To cancel, you must submit a written notice of cancellation via email to the contact information provided below.
Additionally, as our services are provided on a month-to-month basis, you may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with a 7-day written notice prior to your next billing cycle.
6. Confidentiality and Data Security
We take your privacy seriously. All personal identifying information (PII), financial documents, and credit reports provided to us are kept strictly confidential. We will not share, sell, or distribute your information to any third party without your explicit written consent, except as required by law to perform the agreed-upon services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inspired Business Solutions and its agents, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to denial of credit, loss of loan approvals, or changing interest rates.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
